  2. Non-ESP members are invited to apply for membership at the ESP website (http://www.esp-photobiology.it/membership.html)

ASP members are entitled to pay the same reduced registration fees as ESP members (please include proof of ASP membership).

Pre-registration must be accompanied by a payment; otherwise it will not be processed. In all other cases the on-site registration fee will be taken as a basis. Requests for refunds must be made writing to the ESP Treasurer, address as below. There will be a EUR 25 fee for any registration cancellation. NO REFUNDS HONOURED AFTER 15 AUGUST 2013.
